SHIPPING: LIVE ARRIVAL IS ONLY GUARANTEED FOR HUB PICK-UP. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact me after placing an order to set-up a suitable shipping date. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. I only ship Priority Overnight when weather permits. Geckos are to be picked up at a hub unless the hub is more than 45 minutes from your home. If the commute to your closest hub exceeds 45 minutes, the choice is yours. If geckos are sent to your home, you MUST be home to receive them immediately, & live-arrival is not guaranteed. For live-arrival guarantee, you must pick-up the gecko from the hub within one hour of it being available for pick-up as stated by FedEx notification AND send an unboxing video of the gecko within one hour after picking up the gecko. If these two parameters are not met, any refunds are void. A gecko may drop his or her tail before, during, or after shipping, for which I am not responsible. I am not responsible for any issues that arise after the gecko arrives because I cannot be held liable for husbandry mistakes or any other accidents/incidents that occur after the animal leaves my hands. All sales are final with the exception of a DOA (dead on arrival). The exception of a DOA does not apply to packages that have been delayed in transit or international shipments. We are not responsible for delays. The responsibility of a delay falls onto the carrier service.
